Hello and welcome!
I'm Lyndsay and I help people overcome anxiety, phobias, bad habits and eating issues. I use an evidence-based blend of hypnosis and cognitive behavioral therapies to get people feeling better from the very first session.

My interest in hypnosis initially came from my own frustration with the limits of conventional psychotherapy. After experiencing the power of hypnosis myself, I felt called to learn more. I now provide common-sense, action-oriented therapy for those who are feeling stuck, lost, or simply fed up with self-limiting habits and beliefs.

I especially love working with people in midlife who need a little help making real changes to their lives. Whether you just need someone to listen while you contemplate a crossroads in life, or deeper support to break through old patterns, I’m here to make sure that your transition brings you more authenticity and freedom.
